Since 1990 Waymarks Radio Ministries has been sending Christian literature and radio programs of strong Bible teaching to many parts of the world -- for the purpose of teaching new Christians as well as establishing churches in the faith. The Bible Book of Hebrews records these words:
“For when for the time you ought to be teachers, you (instead) have need that someone teach you again what are the first principles of the oracles of God – and are become such as have need of milk and not of solid food (strong meat). For everyone that uses milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
“But strong food belongs to those who are of full age, even to those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”
This web site provides you with strong messages about vital Bible subjects that we offer free of charge from our ministry.
For many years, Waymarks broadcasted the gospel over shortwave radio to developing countries. Shortwave radio travels long distances and is able to penetrate into rural areas without reliable AM or FM radio stations, or even into those areas where the government restricts radio access. Listeners in many of these areas speak English. However, many of the developing nations now utilize mobile phones to access the Internet. Waymarks ceased shortwave broadcasts in 2021. The ministry is currently seeking new directions and relationships for ministry.
Loren Wilson began Waymarks Radio Ministry in 1990 as a way to minister God's word to developing nations. He has pastored numerous churches in America since 1971 and authored multiple books and many tracts on Bible teachings.
Bill Wilson joined his father in working with Waymarks in 2018. He serves as an ordained minister, worship leader, and Bible teacher, focusing on practical Christian discipleship and growth.
